These terms support the ShadowEdge Commercial Beta and may be updated before general availability. Material changes will be presented through the product.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and be authorized to accept these Terms. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
2. Beta service
The service is provided for evaluation and may change, be limited, or be interrupted. Beta features are not guaranteed to remain available. Registration does not create a paid subscription.
3. Your content
You retain your rights in content you submit. You grant ShadowEdge the limited permission needed to host, process, and display that content solely to provide and secure the service.
4. Acceptable use
Do not upload content you do not have permission to use, violate law or third-party rights, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, or use outputs as a substitute for professional advice.
5. AI-assisted results
AI suggestions and draft outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or similar to other results. You must review them before use and remain responsible for decisions, rights clearance, and final publication.
6. Human control
Planning, draft, preview, and recommendation features do not authorize automatic execution. Actions that affect projects or production remain subject to the controls shown in the product.
7. Suspension and termination
We may restrict access to protect users, the platform, or third parties, or for material violations of these Terms. You may stop using the Beta at any time.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The Beta is provided as available without guarantees of uninterrupted operation or specific outcomes. To the extent permitted by law, ShadowEdge is not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
